Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel during a Summit, so prices were high, but the room itself was spacious, well-lit, and had great temperature control and a nice desk. Unfortunately, the noise from the elevator trap every time it was used was quite bothersome.
The hotel is in a convenient location close to the airport, making it easy for early flights and exploring Lisbon on foot. The rooms are modern but can suffer from noise near the elevator trap. The service is polite and professional, although room cleaning can be late. Dining options are somewhat focused on pastries and sausages with limited choices. Overall, a good choice for its location and service.
I discovered a hidden gem in the heart of Lisbon. The rooms were a pleasant surprise once we changed to Room 04 on the Galleria floor and room 1007 on the 10th floor. They were not only comfortable and clean but also very spacious, equipped with a double bed, desk, armchairs & table, and a sofa—a real cozy retreat in the city. The service here was exceptional, with the hotel staff being super nice and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location was a dream come true, right next to the Bus Terminal Campo Grande and with easy access to all main bus and subway lines for exploring Lisbon effortlessly. However, it's worth noting that the rooms facing the landing route of the aircrafts could be a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was adequate, and the Neapolitan pizza was a highlight. Overall, a great value for money experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, clean, and offered a fantastic view. The service was top-notch with very courteous and professional staff. The location was convenient, especially for early morning flights out of Lisbon, and the dining options were delicious and varied. A few improvements could be made, particularly in the dining area, but overall, it was a great experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were large and nicely appointed, but it was strange not to have coffee/tea facilities. The soundproofing was good, although being next to the laundry room was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the bustling center of Lisbon, making it easy to explore the city. While not close to the tourist areas, it offers a good choice of breakfast rooms and is excellent for those working in the vicinity. The modern rooms, although lacking good views due to the lift shaft and traffic noise, become more enjoyable once moved into. The service, especially from Rui who goes the extra mile, is outstanding with all necessary accessories provided. The dining experience is excellent, with attentive staff, and convenient options nearby like the Cinderela cafe.
